When accessing an email account through a desktop/mobile email application such as Outlook Express®, the email application will require specific information about that email account. You can use the auto-configure options to attempt to automatically configure your email client when you are logged into your email account via our server.

IMPORTANT: Please read if you have a mobile device...

Please note you will eat up server processes by connecting to your inbox 24/7 via a mail client or mobile device! Keeping server processes to a minimum (Checking for mail every 15 minutes or so rather than every second) allows us to offer website hosting from just £50 P/A! If you have one or more email account connected 24/7 using a mobile device then you will be classed as Advanced Hosting! Please view our price list to find out more about our hosting fees.

If you need to use the Manual Settings information to configure your mail client then please see below:

Mail Server Username: email+domain.dom
Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.dom (Port 110)
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.dom (Port 25)
